Refund policy
Nathan Management products are printed on demand and fulfilled through Printify. Because each item is made after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or duplicate orders.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. After review, we will work with our print partner to provide a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed.
Orders with incorrect shipping information supplied at checkout, refused deliveries, or packages marked delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for refund or replacement. If a package is returned to the production facility because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
